You may call us at 507-217-9861.  If there is no answer please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.  We are located in Southern Minnesota and sometimes the cell phone service is limited.  If you would like to visit call first and I will give you directions.

Ordering

  • Fabric is sold in 1/4 yard increments with a minimum of 1/2 yard. All fabric is 42 to 45 inches wide and 100% cotton unless stated otherwise in the fabric description.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Your order will be processed quickly and accurately. Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Occasionally, we are so busy that we have a longer turn around time, and we will try to notify you if there is a delay. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. You will be charged the exact shipping when your package is shipped;  the shipping cost in the shopping cart is an estimate only, you will not pay more than the estimate.
  • We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. If you would like to insure your order, the cost is $1.50 per $50 of value. Please make note in the comment section of the order form if you would like to add insurance.

Returns & Replacements

  • All of us at harvestmoonmn.com are committed to your satisfaction. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, you must return them in the same state in which you received them. We cannot accept: washed fabrics, cigarette odors, other odors, etc. Returns must also be received within 20 days of the shipping date of your order. Patterns, books, and magazines are not returnable because of copyright issues.

  • All sales from our clearance categories, end of bolts, and One of a Kind kits and items are final with NO returns accepted on these items

  • Please notify us if you have an incorrect or defective item . We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement item once we verify the item back at our store.

  • We are concerned about your privacy. We do not sell our names to anyone, and promise to only send you our informative newsletters about web site updates and new items.
